So, my friends and I are going to an event in Vancouver, Washington in August. It's called Kumoricon and it is an anime convention. We are dressing up, but not as actual anime characters. Instead, we are choosing to do Hipster Princesses (Disney/Pixar) and Adventure Time.  I'll be posting the latest updates on what our costume plans are and how they are coming along.

For starters, I'm being [Hipster] Merida(!)The costume has to be good, so I'm starting on my plans now- well, actually a few months ago, but who's counting?

Dark Green Skinny Jeans
Off-white, vintage-y top
Bow and Arrows
Doc Martens
Hipster Glasses
Brown Belt
Teddy Bear Bag
Picture frame sign thingy..."Hipster Ariel? Are you still listening to arcade fire, too?
